## The menu

- Scratch-cooked bowls, salads, proteins and sides; the menu changes seasonally.
- Prices and item availability vary by location. Choose a location on the menu
  page to see its prices; there is no single national price.
- The brand's sourcing statement says its food contains "no hydrogenated fats",
  "no artificial coloring", "no artificial flavoring", "no high fructose corn
  syrup" and "no added artificial sweeteners".
- Allergens are marked with icons on the nutrition page: Peanut, Milk, Gluten,
  Egg, Soy, Walnuts, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Cashew, and Vegan.
- Allergen statement, in the brand's words: "we can't guarantee the total
  separation of foods with allergens and foods without." and "If you have a
  severe food allergy, we kindly recommend that you do not dine with us for your

## Catering

- Pickup and delivery catering in NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, Boston, Philadelphia,
  Rye, Stamford, Georgetown and Bridgewater.
- Orders of any size; catering delivery has a $150 minimum.
- Most restaurants ask for catering orders by 5pm the day before the event; edits
  by 5 PM the day before. Deadlines vary by restaurant.
- Cancellation: within 24 hours, 50% refund; with less than 12 hours notice,
  non-refundable.
- One tray has 8-10 servings. Packages feed from 10 to 30 people. Individual
  bowls and a la carte trays are also available.
- Tax exemption applies to catering orders only.
- House accounts with monthly billing and recurring orders are available by
  email.

- No cash payment on delivery orders.
- No special requests or modifications beyond the options offered online.

- Loyalty program: Dig Inn Rewards. 10 points for every dollar spent and $5 off
  for signing up. The app is not required; you can sign up and redeem on the
  website. Redeemable points expire after 6 months. One reward per purchase.
- Tiers, reset each calendar year: Sous Chef (0-499), Executive Sous Chef
  (500-1,499), Chef de Cuisine (1,500-4,999), Executive Chef (5,000+).
