Here you'll find answers to all your questions about earning and redeeming points using our app.

You'll earn Sous Chef status and all its perks just by joining the DIG Rewards program.
For our DIG FANS (main menu) members, every dollar you spend at DIG earns you 10 points toward your tier progress. For our CREW (catering) members, every dollar spent earns 1 point toward your progress.
· Sous Chef (0-1,499 points): Members will maintain Sous Chef status indefinitely unless they meet the minimum annual spend required to reach Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef status.
· Chef de Cuisine (1,500 - 4,999 points): Chef de Cuisine status benefits are valid for 12 months from the time of qualification. To maintain this status, you must requalify annually, with points resetting at the beginning of each calendar year. If you do not requalify, you will revert to Sous Chef status.
· Executive Chef (5,000 points and up): Executive Chef status benefits are valid for 12 months from the time of qualification. To maintain this status, you must requalify annually, with points resetting at the beginning of each calendar year. If you do not requalify, you will revert to Sous Chef status.

But the DIG app (available for iOS and Android) features our full DIG Rewards experience—it's where you can check your tier status and perks, see your activity feed, add your birthday for an annual birthday reward, upload your paper receipts for reward progress, and more. -
DIGITAL ORDERS
All orders you place on the DIG app will automatically earn you reward progress, with no separate loyalty account. The same is true for all logged-in orders you place on the order.diginn.com website. (Guest checkout will still be available online for those who don’t want to earn rewards.)
IN-RESTAURANT ORDERS
Our loyalty program allows you to earn rewards in restaurant using any registered Mastercard, Visa, or Amex credit card. Register your credit card online, or by downloading our new app (available for iOS and Android). You can register as many credit cards as you’d like to your DIG Rewards account. You will also be able to earn reward progress for an in-store purchase by taking a photo of the receipt and uploading it into the DIG app.

DIGITAL ORDERS
You can choose when you'd like a reward to be applied to your digital order. Just proceed to the checkout in the DIG app or website, and all available rewards will appear with the option to apply to your order. One reward may be applied per purchase.
IN-STORE ORDERS
You can redeem eligible rewards in-store using the DIG app.

Don't worry, all your credit and progress is coming with you. At the time of transition, any unused credit in your account will be converted into rewards that can be applied to DIG orders as part of the new loyalty program. All reward progress at the time of transition will also be saved and merged into your new DIG Rewards account.

Yes! Catering orders are eligible according to our new loyalty tiers. You can now earn rewards on catering and individual orders, but you will need a separate account for catering rewards.
You'll get progress for your catering order on the day it is fulfilled.
