This bev is fresh, sweet, and a tad bit spicy. Whip up a quick homemade strawberry syrup, add vodka and a splash of Aperol, and you’ve got a summertime masterpiece. No doubt, it's the go-to sip all summer long.
Ingredients
For the strawberry simple syrup:
½ cup strawberries, cut into ¼-inch dice
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
For the cocktail:
1 bottle DIG Ginger Mint Lemonade
8 oz vodka
2 oz Aperol
4 oz strawberry simple syrup
For the garnish:
4 sprigs of mint
4 strawberries, sliced in half

Preparation
Make the strawberry simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the strawberries, sugar, and water over high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer at medium-low and cook until strawberries are softened and starting to break down, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
In a pitcher, combine the DIG Lemonade, vodka, Aperol, and simple syrup. Add ice and stir.
Divide into glasses. Serve with one sprig of mint and two strawberry halves in each glass.
