Our Market Sides, Spring Menu section gets a refresh with the arrival of spring! Here you'll find dishes that highlight the season's freshest offerings:

  • Spring Couscous: Couscous infused with fragrant herbs, zesty garlic, and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

  • Greek Salad: A colorful dish of Romaine, crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, briny kalamata olives, creamy feta, and a sprinkle of oregano, all dressed in a rosemary vinaigrette.

  • Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan: Back by popular demand! Tender cauliflower, roasted to perfection with nutty parmesan, zesty lemon, a hint of chili flake, and a sprinkle of fresh scallions.

  • Garlic Wine Sauce: luscious and indulgent with notes of lemon and spring herbs, a bright garlic wine sauce able to be topped onto the protein of any custom bowl.

  • Seared Salmon Plate: our new seasoned and seared wild Alaskan salmon topped with a luscious garlic wine sauce served over spring couscous with tomatoes & cucumbers and lemony charred broccoli.

  • Greek Crispy Chicken Plate: Crispy baked chicken served over brown rice alongside fresh Greek salad, sheet tray carrots, and a side of garlic aioli.
